- Security Deposit, First & Last Month’s rent (essentially 3x the monthly rent)
- Rent varies based on location, size and amenities at the property
- All tenants must fill out an application
- All tenants must have a credit and criminal background check
- There is no application or credit check fee
- After move-in, tenant is responsible for their electric bill
- Rent is due on the first of the month for all tenants
- Tenants may pay their rent by mailing it to our office at 219 Walnut Street, Suite B West Bridgewater, MA 02379. We also accept rent in person during office hours (M-F 7:30am – 4:30pm) and at our secure mailbox anytime
- Takes care of outdoor landscaping, cleaning the common areas, and plowing/shoveling/sanding in the winter months
- Manages dumpster services for tenants. Dumpsters are for household trash only
- KLV has several on-call maintenance employees and relationships with local plumbers and electricians. If tenants are experiencing a problem with their unit or notice an issue with a common area, they should reach out to the office to have maintenance scheduled
- Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Emergency contact information is given to tenants for nights and weekends
